Each individual is permitted to hold only one active UUBET account at any time. Registering multiple accounts to circumvent bonus limits or for any other reason is a serious breach of these terms and may result in all associated accounts being frozen.
All transactions on UUBET are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits and withdrawals are supported via Malaysian local payment methods only – Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Boost, and ShopeePay.

You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Individuals who have been declared legally incompetent by a court are not permitted to register for or use the UUBET platform.

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active UUBET account at any one time. It is strictly prohibited to register multiple accounts using different names, phone numbers, devices, or IP addresses for any purpose, including circumventing promotional limits, claiming new member bonuses more than once, or evading risk management measures.
You are fully responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date. This includes your full name, an active Malaysian phone number, date of birth, and email address. Inaccurate or misleading information may cause delays in withdrawal verification and could result in your account being frozen.
You are solely responsible for keeping your UUBET account password and login credentials confidential. UUBET will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to safeguard your login details. Please contact customer support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party.
An UUBET account belongs exclusively to the registered account holder. You may not transfer, sell, purchase, or give your account to any other party for any reason. Any attempt to do so will result in the immediate termination of the account.

UUBET does not charge any processing fees for deposits. However, your e-wallet provider or bank may apply their own fees in accordance with their policies — this is beyond UUBET's control and we are not responsible for any such charges.
All funds deposited into your UUBET account must come from a legitimate source and must belong to you. UUBET is obligated to comply with anti-money laundering laws and reserves the right to request proof of the source of funds at any time.
The minimum withdrawal is RM50 per transaction. To make a withdrawal, your account must have completed the basic identity verification process. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, except in certain circumstances at UUBET's discretion.

The standard withdrawal limit is RM50,000 per day for standard members. Diamond VIP members enjoy higher withdrawal limits as specified under their VIP agreement terms. UUBET reserves the right to request additional verification for withdrawals exceeding certain thresholds as a fraud prevention measure.
Bonus funds that have not met the rollover requirements cannot be withdrawn. Only the real money portion (deposited funds and winnings not subject to an active rollover) is eligible for withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw funds before rollover requirements are fulfilled will result in the cancellation of the relevant bonus and may affect the real money balance in your account in accordance with the applicable bonus policy.
All bonuses and promotions offered by UUBET subject to the specific terms and conditions stated alongside each offer. By claiming any bonus, you are deemed to have read and agreed to the applicable terms. Rollover requirements, validity periods, eligible games, and minimum bet limits during rollover will be clearly stated in each promotion's terms.
The welcome bonus is available to new UUBET members only and may be claimed once for a qualifying first deposit. Members who attempt to register multiple accounts in order to claim the new member bonus more than once will have their accounts terminated and all funds may be forfeited.
UUBET employs a sophisticated detection system to identify bonus abuse. Activities considered as abuse include, but are not limited to: arbitrage betting using bonus funds, use of bots or automated software, and coordination between multiple accounts to fulfil rollover requirements. UUBET reserves the right to void bonuses and related winnings, and to terminate accounts in proven cases of abuse.
The UUBET VIP Rewards Program has 5 tiers (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond) and is subject to specific terms outlined in the VIP program, which can be reviewed on the VIP Rewards. UUBET reserves the right to modify the tier structure, cashback rates, and VIP benefits with reasonable notice to members.
VIP weekly cashback is calculated based on net losses (deposits minus withdrawals) over a 7-day period. Cashback is credited every Monday and is not subject to rollover – it can be used or withdrawn directly.
All digital games on UUBET use a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been certified by internationally accredited independent auditing bodies. Every game on UUBET has minimum and maximum bet limits that are clearly set and displayed within the game interface. Bet limits may vary depending on your VIP membership tier – higher-tier members enjoy greater betting limits. UUBET reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time without prior notice.
A sports bet is considered valid once it has been accepted and confirmed by the UUBET system. Bets that are still being processed are not considered valid until confirmation is received. UUBET reserves the right to reject or void any bet suspected of involving insider information, match manipulation, or other fraudulent activity.
If a sports match is cancelled, postponed, or cannot be concluded within the timeframe set by UUBET (typically 24 to 48 hours after the scheduled start time), all bets relating to that match will be voided and the full stake amount will be returned to your account balance.
Odds displayed on UUBET are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. In the event of a significant odds error caused by human or technical error, UUBET reserves the right to void the affected bets regardless of whether they resulted in a win or loss. Odds for popular Malaysian sports including the Malaysia Super League, EPL, BWF badminton, and cricket are displayed competitively and updated in real time.
For live betting during an ongoing match, odds change rapidly in line with how the game develops. Bets placed while acceptance is temporarily suspended – typically during goals, red cards, or significant match events – may be rejected. UUBET's decision to accept or reject any live bet is final.
An UUBET account is considered inactive when no login, deposit, bet, or gameplay activity has occurred within 6 consecutive months. Inactive accounts may be subject to a monthly management fee of RM10 or 10% of the account balance (whichever is lower), until the balance reaches zero or activity resumes.
UUBET will send an email notice to your registered address before any fees are applied. To reactivate your account, simply log in and complete at least one transaction within 30 days of receiving the notice.
UUBET maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards all forms of fraud, system abuse, or dishonest activity. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:
UUBET reserves the right to investigate any account suspected of engaging in the above activities, freeze the account during the investigation, and terminate the account while confiscating all funds if fraud is proven. Serious cases may be reported to the relevant authorities.
